Big shoutout to the whole staff here at Towbin Dodge but most importantly thank you to Dre, Flo, and Steven for helping me get my deal done. The salesman Chris Alexander told us he sold the vehicle we had an appointment to come in and sign for. We then told him we were not interested in any other vehicles and not to run our credit. He called 2 d we had an appointment to come in and sign for. We then told him we were not interested in any other vehicles and not to run our credit. He called 2 days later and we told him AGAIN we were not interested. He then RAN OUR CREDIT after being told not to AND when we were not applying for a loan any longer! This is a predatory lending practice and unacceptable! More
