He always kept us informed and delivered on all the work as discussed. We were traveling from Tennessee and were very impressed with the professional staff at Towbin. We were treated like we mattered even if we were from out of town. This was very important to us. All the Service work was done to meet RAM requirements. We were able to continue on our two month birthday road trip and are so happy our RAM truck is back in excellent condition. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. So very happy. More

Do not come here! They discriminate and have horrible service. I have never felt so low! Worse dealership ever.. I would recommend to go to Sahara Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for your service needs and really any needs related to mopar.. or if you just want good service and not a bunch of idiots working in the heat that try to con you.. I went for a service 2 months ago! After the service completed which was just a basic oil change. They said they had a new policy where they have to now drive your car after an oil change.. I found that unacceptable being that Towbin dodge was the ONLY place I’ve got my car serviced at since having it for maybe 2 years already! I’ve NEVER seen them test drive my car after an oil change. So I get into with an advisor “Andrae” regarding this situation because I don’t want them test driving my car for an oil change. Then it was another guy that worked there”I have to find his name out” he jumped in and had the nerve to say I should be appreciative for them test driving my car after a oil change to make sure nothing was wrong. Yea okay sure man! Well they end going to get the service manager “Stephen” which he tries to defuse the situation and explaining to me that they supposedly drive “all” of the cars now after oil changes. I literally sat there and watched them not drive “all cars after being serviced” so anyways “Stephen” apologized for his 2 employees behavior and asked could he please do the drive hisself just to be on the safe side. He was polite at first so I agreed. He was gone for maybe like 2 minutes. He came back gave me his card. Apologized again and I was on my way. Well a day or so later I got an in-house I think dealer review or survey. I completed it. Stating my concerns and how I felt maybe the 2 employees should be trained better but because of Stephen they had kept a returning customer because of how professional and nice he was at resolving the issues I had… well come to find out I returned for my regular service on 7/26/2024 and I checked my car in for an hour already. And Stephen sends a manager out there to tell me because of a review I sent to his higher ups or in-house review team regarding my last visit they will not be serving me because I did not give them a 10 star review. I have never been so discriminated against in my life.. I will be taking this situation as far as I can because that is unacceptable. I had the manager who came out go get Stephen the service manager and he comes out to say the same thing and says he doesn’t care about my service at there location mind you I already waited an hour for them to refuse my service waste my time and gas to get there! Such a sad situation.. unfortunately I’ll be going to the news and other places also because of this discrimination.. More
