Robert John Lisi did an excellent job demonstrating the features of my GLS 450. He was able to thoroughly explain all the great features leaving me feeling comfortable enough to drive the 2 1/2 hour drive features of my GLS 450. He was able to thoroughly explain all the great features leaving me feeling comfortable enough to drive the 2 1/2 hour drive home in the rain. Not only were his demonstrations and explanations clear and precise on the day of purchase, he followed up by providing emails with instructions for using my car play and adjusting it fo my hearing aids. Vasil keep us updated, did all the paperwork ahead of car delivery, so when our 2020 C300 arrived from Germany most of the work had been completed. Real time saver for us & greatly appreciated!
