We took the car to get an inspection because we bought the car with a promise that they would fix the noise coming from the back end of the car. 2 1/2 hours later we were still waiting. We were promised that the car would get washed and gas filled up. Neither one of those things happened after we just bought the car. It seemed that my husband and I were more of a burden once the sale was finalized as staff was not friendly when I came back.we drove an hour just to buy the car from the dealership. I have this car now but I Will not be back and I will tell everyone I know about my experience.

Nice dealership, I was supposed to meet with Valor, but
never did. Didn’t even stop by to greet me, I was given to Mr Cortez. He was nice. He seemed to be in a rush with me. He did show me the one vehicle

He did show me the one vehicle I was approved of, and thankfully it was something I liked. I didn’t receive a copy of any of the paperwork I signed and requested which I did not like. I was happy to drive off in a vehicle but the experience could’ve been better. I was hoping to be a repeat customer but I may rethink that.
