Happy with service and service rep. Line was very long checking in but was quickly waited on which I was glad about. When picking up car , I had to wait on Tyler because he was busy but was quickly waited checking in but was quickly waited on which I was glad about. They took care of all the little issues I had. Listened to what I had to say. Addressed everything in a timely matter. While I waited they got me an Uber driver so I could go to mall and shop while car was to what I had to say. Addressed everything in a timely matter. While I waited they got me an Uber driver so I could go to mall and shop while car was fixed. Car is still under warranty so price wasn’t a problem. I had another issue that sprang up a couple of days later and they gave me a loaner car since I had just been there. It was very nice of them to do that. It made it very convenient for me. More

My first time leasing a car and at a dealership in Florida. As soon as we were walking towards the entrance we were greeted by Brien. He did a phenomenal job in every detail of the process. Brien made sure we were comfortable and all of our questions were answered. He followed up with a phone call the following day and he has been available when I have called with questions. Daniel Jordy made our experience great and he also followed up with a phone call. Christ Shotwell explained in detail why we needed additional coverage and he did a great job convincing us to get the additional coverage. I had the pleasure of dealing with Carina when I had my car windows tinted. She also did a phenomenal job. Lastly, I had the pleasure of meeting Tyler, when I had an issue with one of the tires on my car. They quickly found the problem and fixed it. So far my experience with everyone I have had contact with has been great. I recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. More

The staff at Brandon Honda friendly and were concerned with me and that a had a positive experience. Tyler Moore went out of his way to take care of all my concerns. I did notice some employees and manger not wearing their face mask correctly, just around the neck. I could see some of your customers did not feel too comfortable with the virus that we are all dealing with. More
