However we paid for them to install leather seats and were told it would be 5-7 days, but then I never heard from them. I called at least 3 times and left messages and no one bothered to return any of my calls. Finally I called the finance guy and told him I was going to ask for a refund and dispute my credit card charge if they didn't get it done and he managed to get the ball rolling. They have promised the seats in about 2 weeks, they have been ordered. I was hopeful for a better dealer experience than I've had in the past with Ford and others but alas the minute the sale is complete they couldn't care less about you, typical of large car dealers.
