Late night emails turns to early morning purchase I was looking for a Ford, got a quote and ended up spamming half a dozen Ford dealers in the area. Tyler Kline answered my plaintiff calls for a bette I was looking for a Ford, got a quote and ended up spamming half a dozen Ford dealers in the area. Tyler Kline answered my plaintiff calls for a better deal. Between 7 and 9 pm we went back and forth a couple of times and I had heard enough and seen enough from him to let him know I would be there when the opened the next day. I got there at 8:15 and he walked out to greet me. Tyler showed me my soon to be Ford Fusion SE with ecoboost, and before I knew it I was piling my detritus into complementary Klaben Auto bags and moving those bags into my delicious Shadow Black chariot. Over in Finance I met with Stephanie Slomberg, who efficiently walked me through the remaining T's to be crossed and I's to be dotted. We shared some laughs and discussed her love of crafting and my love of directing people to the shops that now prop up my monthly payment. I must have consumed at least 20 dollars in free coffee and that wasn't even the best part. The best part was being treated like a genuine valued customer. I used to listen to Howie Chizek on WNIR do live spots from Klaben and I never dreamed I would one day walk in, but I gotta tell you...They're closer than you think!! Thank you Tyler, Thank you Stephanie, Thank you Klaben Ford!!! More
