Everyone was very helpful and there was a large waiting room with comfortable chairs, some table chair sets, and some work stations with free wifi. They even provided coffee and donuts. Even the buying experience was amazing when I purchased the car. My mother (who was with me at purchase) has the same car but bought from a different dealer, and she commented on how much better the experience was at Klaben. I felt comfortable beginning to end both buying and servicing the car, and the service prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this dealership for anything from buying to servicing your car! More

As my father had been a Lincoln Town Car owner in the past, we took a look at the Lincoln MKC at the recent Cleveland Auto Show, and were very impressed with the comfort and style of this vehicle, but were not sure this would fit into our budget. During our recent visit to Klaben, we were met by Tyler Kline. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle. During our test drive, my wife felt this could be the one. We met with Andy Bellian, who was fantastic in providing all the applicable costs and incentives, which gave us the confidence to continue the process. Not sure if this vehicle would fit in our garage, Tyler made an appointment with us to bring the vehicle to our house to ensure it worked, which it did. That sealed the deal, and Jennifer Bowen completed the financial aspects for the sale. Tyle was very thorough in explaining the technical functions of the vehicle.
