Service director Carlos is a jerk with a napoleon complex. His customer service skills are as short as he is. I’ve taken my vehicle that has a mere 6k miles on it three times in the last 2 months for complex. His customer service skills are as short as he is. I’ve taken my vehicle that has a mere 6k miles on it three times in the last 2 months for the same issue. I’m grateful that the factory warranty covered the repairs, but each time was a huge inconvenience. These higher ups sit at a desk all day and push papers but don’t read them. They are uneducated about the cars they’re selling and repairing. It’s counterproductive and sad. Carlos had Ray tell me that “this is the last time we’re covering this repair”, when I’ve read my vehicle’s manual and I know how to operate all parts of my vehicle. The issue with my vehicle is a manufacturing defect, not user error. More

Carlos made my morning so much better once I pulled up in the service area with a flat tire. He was so willing to help me without appointment and got the job done on time for me to make it to work. Make sure you check your air filter, fluids, and anything else they claim they will do for you. They did not fill up my fluids and did not change our air filter as asked previously. I wasn’t going to post du else they claim they will do for you. They did not fill up my fluids and did not change our air filter as asked previously. I wasn’t going to post due to an agreement I had with the leadership but they have now failed again on upholding their agreement. This is very disappointing. Might have to start using a different location. More

My experience with Mazda sport was not the best. First of all I purchased my Mazda at this location with Aaron Paige sad to hear he is no longer there. I used to go to Mazda headquarter in Clermont First of all I purchased my Mazda at this location with Aaron Paige sad to hear he is no longer there. I used to go to Mazda headquarter in Clermont for all my services and their customer service is outstanding!! Always keeping me in the loop. I also asked them once for a courtesy car the day of and they were able to provide me with that happily. I moved over to the Longwood side of town and now I have to go to Maza sport for services, but my first time making an appointment was not the best. I overlapped my appointments, and I had asked if I could get a courtesy car, I was immediately told no. For customer care and someone who has been in the customer service industry for 16+ years you would think that you would try to accommodate or make me THINK you tried. My second appointment I had to make because I had to reschedule since they wouldn’t provide a courtesy car. I arrived on time and I sat there in the lobby for three hours waiting to get my oil changed ( when I was told 1.5 hours which is still a ridiculous time.) and I wasn’t notified when my oil changed was done. I had to walk up when the clock was hitting THREE HOURS and asked if my car was ready. There it was sitting right there in front of the window ready to be driven. Tyler was my service advisor. He was nice cashed me out right away afterI went up there because I was not notified that my car was done. The staff was more concerned about their lunch picnic that they were going to be having and setting up for the last three hours in the lobby. The energy was very low, overall not very good experience. Debating if I should just schedule my appointment out with headquarter Mazda in Clermont which would be an inconvenience but I know their service is always top notch and I leave happy. Maybe better luck next time. More
