Yes Luis did go beyond to place me behind the steering wheel of the exact vehicle I had in mind. Give my thanks to Luis. His Sales Manager Mark was also very courteous to personally retrieve my garage door remote key forgotten in the car I traded in and said not to hesitate to give him a call if there is anything else that I think he can assist with. If this is the kind of personnel that is present at Sport Mazda North, I would say that this dealership has a great thing going for it.
