I've been a customer since 2011 when I made my first purchase with Mazda North, And started leasing with my next purchase. I made an appointment a week ahead of time and it took over an hour and a half purchase with Mazda North, And started leasing with my next purchase. I made an appointment a week ahead of time and it took over an hour and a half for just a 5K routine oil change and rotation. It was raining that day so I told them not to worry about a cart wash, but if they would detail the inside would be appreciated. Not done and not even a top up of gas which in previous visits they would always top up my vehicle. They coffee machine wasn't topped up while costumers wait on their vehicles that day, so that kinda sucked. I thought I was getting my VIP treatment on my new lease but I guess I'm wrong. Anways very unhappy with the service next time I'll be leasing or purchasing my vehicle from a totally different type of vehicle. It's more of the people and make up and service then about the xxxx vehicle!!!! SERVICE PEOPLE!!! that's what it's all about~ More

Ray the service advisor was very pleasant to work with. Deserves to be promoted if we're being honest. Was in three times in the last two months for an electrical issue and he was great.
