Regardless of the time or day, these folks are approachable and helpful. My service was past due, and I called on a Monday morning. They had an opening an hour later, which I was able to do. I was approachable and helpful. My service was past due, and I called on a Monday morning. They had an opening an hour later, which I was able to do. I was in and out in 1.5 hours. That was an oil change and tire rotation, plus tire inspection, etc. Kudos to Ray in Service, Kyle from Sales, and the new GM, Troy Mealey. Very attentive. Thanks to all the folks at this location. We have been using the service dept at Sport Mazda Longwood for over 20 years(and purchased 4 cars). Brian, the service manager, and Ray, our latest advisor, have been wonderful. The service provide Longwood for over 20 years(and purchased 4 cars). Brian, the service manager, and Ray, our latest advisor, have been wonderful. I've been a customer since 2011 when I made my first purchase with Mazda North, And started leasing with my next purchase. I made an appointment a week ahead of time and it took over an hour and a half purchase with Mazda North, And started leasing with my next purchase. I made an appointment a week ahead of time and it took over an hour and a half for just a 5K routine oil change and rotation. It was raining that day so I told them not to worry about a cart wash, but if they would detail the inside would be appreciated. Not done and not even a top up of gas which in previous visits they would always top up my vehicle. They coffee machine wasn't topped up while costumers wait on their vehicles that day, so that kinda sucked. I thought I was getting my VIP treatment on my new lease but I guess I'm wrong. Anways very unhappy with the service next time I'll be leasing or purchasing my vehicle from a totally different type of vehicle. It's more of the people and make up and service then about the xxxx vehicle!!!! SERVICE PEOPLE!!! that's what it's all about~ More
