I recently had an appointment for an oil change at North Mazda . A gentlemen by the name John Morales reached out to me to see if I was pleased with my visit to Mazda North . I was explaining to John that I truly appreciate the video of my car being serviced and how it explains what is needed and how my overall condition of my car is doing . My husband of over 20 years passed away and I have been struggling with how to take care of the car . I had no idea of what a car needed nor how to manage my Mazda He was the one who took care of anything related to our car . John Morales reached out to me personally and asked if there was anything that he could help me with about any questions I may have about my car . Which I did have a few questions. He was kind and thoughtful and made me feel at ease . I recently started a new job and I don’t have the funds to do the maintenance it needs . But John reassured me that waiting for the next oil would be just fine. What a nice young man giving me some words of comfort and putting a smile on my face . MAZDA North is lucky to have John Morales working for them . I trust Mazda North for my car needs. And knowing John Morales now has giving me a better understanding of my car and has made me feel at ease knowing he is there for what ever questions or even teaching me how to mange my car .
