Horrible experience. Sales rep was professional but everyone one else was lacking respect or professionalism in their communication and interactions. Was sold an extremely unsafe vehicle that required major work to become safe. Spray in bedliner was part of the purchase agreement and was poorly applied and was coming off on anything that touched the bedliner even after an extra 48 hours past cure time. Bodyshop manager was extremely rude and unprofessional as well as unhelpful and denied responsibility or having an adequate response to the isssue of the misplay bedliner and the overspray on accessories that SHOULD NOT have been touched with bed liner. Service sept put wrong tires on vehicle even after specifying exact tire model, they proceeded to ignore our specs and do what they wanted. Do not buy here unless you’re prepared to deal with a headache. More
