Im so glad I chose to come to heritage Toyota. They were so welcoming and easy going. Did not push me and really cared about my wants and needs. I was recently in a auto mobile accident and lost my dream car and they really made me at ease throughout the entire experience! Frankie stepped up in some key moments to address my concerns and keep the process moving forward. Christine not only made the transaction effortless and easy to digest, she spotted a small discrepancy in the numbers and saved me $200. We laughed, we cried, and in the end realized that the real treasure wasn't the bitchin' Tacoma I drove away with, it was the memories we created along the way. More
