Trevor was great to work with, getting me into the used car I was looking for. He was exceptionally busy that day, but I never felt overlooked; he seemed to keep all the plates spinning for everyone really car I was looking for. Im so glad I chose to come to heritage Toyota. They were so welcoming and easy going. Did not push me and really cared about my wants and needs. Frankie stepped up in some key moments to address my concerns and keep the process moving forward. Christine not only made the transaction effortless and easy to digest, she spotted a small discrepancy in the numbers and saved me $200. We laughed, we cried, and in the end realized that the real treasure wasn't the bitchin' Tacoma I drove away with, it was the memories we created along the way. More
