This was especially helpful due to my previous car being older, and I did not have the technology that newer cars have today. They were also very helpful with delivering my car when I was having issues with insurance and getting my rental car back. I had difficulties with the financing department, as it was my first time taking out an auto loan, and I felt like information could have been communicated to me better when I was going through the paperwork, not waiting to talk with me after all the paperwork was signed. Buying a car is a big deal, and so I would have appreciated finance taking more time to go over the paperwork with me initially, not after me having to ask multiple times to talk with them. More
