I have now purchased or leased three vehicles from Heritage Toyota with the last two purchased from Frankie Candido. Frankie was very helpful in choosing the model and features we wanted for both a Heritage Toyota with the last two purchased from Frankie Candido. Frankie was very helpful in choosing the model and features we wanted for both a RAV4 Hybrid and a Tacoma SR5 and took the time to fully explain all the extensive controls with both vehicles. Frankie was very polite and professional. Highly recommended. My only complaint has to do with Toyota not including rubber floor mats with the purchase of a new vehicle so I have to purchase these items separately. More

It was my first time buying a car, and I already had an idea of what I wanted. I was quickly able to get an appointment to see the car. They were helpful in explaining the benefits of the trim for this par idea of what I wanted. I was quickly able to get an appointment to see the car. This was especially helpful due to my previous car being older, and I did not have the technology that newer cars have today. They were also very helpful with delivering my car when I was having issues with insurance and getting my rental car back. I had difficulties with the financing department, as it was my first time taking out an auto loan, and I felt like information could have been communicated to me better when I was going through the paperwork, not waiting to talk with me after all the paperwork was signed. Buying a car is a big deal, and so I would have appreciated finance taking more time to go over the paperwork with me initially, not after me having to ask multiple times to talk with them. More
