Very First Car Purchase After driving my friends 2015 Subaru WRX, I knew I wanted to get one. So I decided to visit the Tucson Subaru Dealership. I was greeted by Bob Wilson After driving my friends 2015 Subaru WRX, I knew I wanted to get one. So I decided to visit the Tucson Subaru Dealership. I was greeted by Bob Wilson (who actually was the salesman for my friend too) and he walked me through their inventory, buying process and waiting list per say. Around early February, a used white 2015 WRX premium trim is in their inventory. I was ecstatic and immediately started to contact Bob. Unfortunately, the bar on their sales price for the used vehicle would not reach my threshold. At this moment, I was ready to buy, and found a car in California. I contacted Terry Iseminger to see if they could do anything better or even match, and with out a doubt, he said he could. They had a white WRX premium Trim coming in from the factory and all I had to do was wait until it came in. Of course, they don't disappoint and the car arrived earlier than expected. The very next day I came in and started the buying process with Steve Norris since Bob was out. He showed me the vehicle, answered my questions and help me with some setup on the car too. Overall a great salesman with a positive attitude. Traci Roberts in finance helped get the best loan for me; along with a great maintenance package. She made the paper work portion a breeze and was able to explain every small detail, especially since she knew I was first time car buyer. A great learning experience. More

CJ is very knowledgeable about the Sabaru Forrester and answered all our questions thoroughly. He did not pressure us on buying and showed us several car choices, as well as several purchasing and leasing options. We felt he wanted us to be truly happy with whatever choices we made. He is very personable and we felt we were the center of his attention the entire time he spent with us. Traci was also very thorough. She took her time explaining the entire finance end before we signed. She explained the extras available and did not pressure us to buy anything we might not need, but explained advantages and disadvantages to each. I was impressed with follow up phone calls and e-mails we received that were friendly and informative. Most impressive was the bouquet of roses I received when we were ready to drive our new Forrester off the lot. Many thanks to both these fine Sabaru employees! More

For our previous four car purchases, we had been loyal to a different dealer/manufacturer, but after meeting with Steve Norris at Tucson Subaru, we were immediately exposed to a new and more pleasurable philosophy about selling cars. Steve listened! He worked with our needs, within our schedule. We made 2-3 visits; Steve initiated 2-3 contacts -- not to pressure us but to let us know when a model had arrived more specific to our needs, or when a particular special would end. Once we were ready to 'pull the trigger,' not only was Steve at his thorough and professional best, all the people with whom we subsequently interacted all worked to ensure a pleasurable buying experience. I'd recommend them to anyone -- and have! More

Our Outback is great for towing, wrangling large dogs, and everything else we need it to do. Met Kevin Gribble, test drove the car, had dinner, then came back the next day to buy.. Quick and easy. The color we wanted was not available, but Kevin had one delivered from an out-of-town dealership the next day. Can;t beat that for service! Everyone we've worked with has been very friendly and helpful. So much so, we've already referred someone to Tucson Subaru and he bought one too. More

Easiest Vehicle Purchase Ever I had been researching SUVs online and was looking for a vehicle that had high gas mileage, was environmentally friendly, had the latest technologies, I had been researching SUVs online and was looking for a vehicle that had high gas mileage, was environmentally friendly, had the latest technologies, and was reasonably priced. Using the EPA gas mileage website it came down to either the new Lexus NX Hybrid or the Subaru Crosstrek XV Hybrid. Amazingly, when I used the build your own car feature on each website and added all of the options I wanted.... the Subaru came in about $20,000 less. So I emailed Tucson Subaru for a quote and Curt McHenry responded within a day. After the new Hybrid Crosstreks arrived my wife and I made an appointment for a test drive, drove it, and loved the car. Since they had just received the exact model vehicle with the color and all the options we had wanted, we bought it. I was a bit suspicious of all of the high praise that Curt has received on this website but we found out it is true. Curt moved to sales from the service department a couple of years ago and he really knows the cars. I challenged him to see how fast we could be out of the dealership with our new car as the Cats were playing that afternoon. We were on our way in less than 4 hours, including the test drive. As others have mentioned Curt answered all of our questions about the car and pointed out each feature and even programmed my wife's phone to sync with the entertainment/Info system. I'd gladly recommend Curt McHenry, Traci Roberts, and Tucson Subaru for anyone looking for a no hassle car buying experience. More

Because the Outback is in high demand, finding the color and trim we wanted proved to be challenging. We came upon Tucson Subaru via my internet searching. I handled all the negotiations online and via phone and when our car came in, Curt, had it ready for pick up (we had to drive 3 hours from home) along with all the paperwork in process. He left us in good hands with Kevin & Traci and we were out the door in about an hour. We paid a few hundred dollars more than a quote we received from a Denver dealer, however, due to the distance decided we would spend that in travel and bought from Tucson Subaru --- no regrets and would highly recommend them! More
