I have never had the experience I had at Tucson Subaru anywhere else. Not at Audi, ford, Lexus, nissan, or anywhere else have I gotten done so quickly or felt so taken care of. They are beyond organized. I live in Phoenix and I assure you it is worth the drive for the service alone, besides its faster to drive down and have them sell you a car than to paperwork at other dealerships, and I bought those cars outright so I can imagine if you're finnacing it would take even longer. Unbelievable buying experience, phenomenal staff, it's the perfect storm for car buyers, please, please go here first. More

A wonderful car shopping experience I am moving from Maryland to Tucson, AZ and needed to buy a car in Tucson to drive back to MD for taking four pets back cross-country to our new home I am moving from Maryland to Tucson, AZ and needed to buy a car in Tucson to drive back to MD for taking four pets back cross-country to our new home in Tucson. I used the dealership website to evaluate my options and then called with a request to test drive a specific stock number. The request incuded minimizing the time at the dealership because of house hunting appointments. When I arrived, the car was ready with a Sales Rep Manny Tellez for the test drive. I fell in love with my new 2015 Subaru Foretser during the test drive. Manny facilitated the start of the paperwork so I could leave for a house viewing. Manny stayed in contact with me with updates and scheduled a specific time for me to finalize the financing and pick up the car two days later, Everything was ready on pick up day. Traci did a fantastic job with the financial paperwork and made sure my insurance coverage was correct given the change in state residence. Manny reviewed the controls on the car, answered questions and synched up two cell phones for hand free use. Additionally, Manny took me to the service department to introduce me and schedule my first oil change when I get back to Tucson. Overall, the entire experience was wonderful and I highly recommend Tucson Subaru. More

It helped that there were multiple used vehicle options from which to choose, and our sales rep was patient with us as we test drove each one. The experience was pressure free, and the sales rep worked hard to get us a deal we were comfortable accepting, especially since we didn't originally intend to make a purchase that day. The process to finalize the sale with dealer options and financing was also very smooth and hassle free. More

After locating a vehicle I was interested in, I was able to set up an appointment online to look at the vehicle with Chris Smith to make the process go that much quicker. Chris had the vehicle waiting, but also took the time to find out and listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle. After discussing several possibilities, we ended up taking two for test drives. Chris was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time, and really seemed focused on getting me into a vehicle that would make me happy for years to come. I ended up buying a brand new Subaru because I know the quality and dependability the name stands for. Traci Roberts made the paperwork end of the visit a very pleasant experience. She was extremely efficient and patiently explained all the warranties, etc. Everyone at the dealership was welcoming, helpful, and very professional. More

Wow. Just wow! Let me just say that the great service started before we even got to the dealership. I had contacted Rudy asking about a used car and he called me ba Let me just say that the great service started before we even got to the dealership. I had contacted Rudy asking about a used car and he called me back right away to let me know it hadn't passed their inspection process and therefore would not be available for purchase. We talked a few times over the next couple weeks whenever a car came up that fit what I was looking for. A 2009 Forester hit the lot and was on their website, but had not been inspected yet and even though it didn't have ALL of the bells and whistles we were looking for, it was priced right.. and still a Subaru. Rudy let us look at the vehicle even though it had not yet been inspected or even cleaned out yet. We decided we didn't love it, but looked at what else they had to offer. Found a top-of-the-line 2010 Outback 3.0R Limited that was beautiful and a bit over our price range, although already priced at a good deal. I told Rudy it was nice, but I didn't think they would allow a lot of wiggle in the price and he said they could probably wiggle. Deal was done in 15 minutes... I swear. Rudy was patient and very nice during the whole process. I had read reviews on here before and was impressed with how well everyone spoke of this dealership and now I have witnessed it firsthand. FIRST CLASS SERVICE. We were not at the dealership long, under 3 hours, but it was past closing when we finished. Traci did an awesome job making the paperwork fly by, but had no problem explaining everything along the way. Love my new car... love love love. And I'm so thankful that it was as easy as it was and that I got such a great deal! More
