While the staff was professional and courteous, our overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication and unmet expectations. We brought our vehicle in for maintenance and an oil change, and the issue was diagnosed quickly. Since we had an extended warranty, we were told it would take 24–48 hours for a coverage decision. Because this was on a Friday, we expected to hear back early the following week. However, we had to follow up ourselves by Wednesday, only to learn that the warranty process actually takes about a week. Communication continued to be a challenge. We were not notified when the vehicle was completed—we had to call again to find out it was ready. Additionally, we were disappointed to learn that the repair was not covered due to tire rotation requirements, despite staying consistent with our oil changes. While the service team did work with us on labor costs after we expressed our concerns, the situation was still frustrating. Being without a loaner vehicle for nearly a full week also added to the inconvenience. Although the car is now running well, we did not feel valued as customers and do not plan to return for future service. More
