This is my second car purchase (lease) experience at Toyota of Gladstone. I also financed directly through Toyota Financial (TFS). Toyota of Gladstone is a busy dealership and it's because they offer so Toyota of Gladstone. I also financed directly through Toyota Financial (TFS). Toyota of Gladstone is a busy dealership and it's because they offer some of the best prices around. I had a budget and they did everything they could to stay within, or very close to, my budget. I traded in my previously leased car a couple months early, and that process was super smooth. I suggest looking at your emails for potential bonuses if you are nearing your lease-end date, as well as for any other perks they may be offering. The payment system is easy and it's not difficult to speak to soneone at TFS if questions arise. I've had excellent experiences all around. Looking at cars with Dom Hill, my sales rep at Gladstone, felt like we were friends looking at cars together. We had some laughs, we learned some new things, and we created memories. Dom is professional, knowledgeable, and he devoted his whole day to helping me get the car I wanted, at the price I needed. I am very grateful for Dom, and for Toyota of Gladstone in helping me find that "just right" car. Thank you so much! P.S. Thank you to Tony in the service department for making sure my previously leased car was taken care of (prior to me realizing I wasn't driving that one home). P.P.S. Thank you to management for helping to get the payments down as close as possible to my budget. It really matters a lot! P.P.P.S. And thank you, Shyla, in finance, for making the paperwork phase efficient and easy, and again, like spending a little time with a friend. I really appreciated her letting me use her charger to make sure my phone battery didn't die. She didn't have to, but when I left my phone essentially in her care while I went and did other things, she cared enough to plan out the situation so I wouldn't forget my phone. I truly felt like she cared about me and my phone, and in general, my experience at Toyota of Gladstone. More

RICARDO the salesman was AWESOME. He helped me even when off the clock and got me an amazing deal, sent tons of photos to verify the car was in good physical condition. And even went above and beyond after the deal was done to get me a paint match pen to fix 1 small paint chip.. instead of fixing it themselves and keeping the bottle, they gave me it to keep. This dealership actually negotiated with me unlike so many others. The finance guy was also very funny and nice. Every step of the way everyone was so professional and really cared about the brand they were selling and sold themselves. I will be coming back to RICARDO when my wife needs a new car. More
