I wanted my oil changed! !2hrs later had to find out where my truck was...Was told they rotated the tires only.......The recite was not in my name but my husbands who has noth !2hrs later had to find out where my truck was...Was told they rotated the tires only.......The recite was not in my name but my husbands who has nothing to do with the truck I asked them to change that they did not....So no oil change 2 hrs later..I am not very satisfied with Toyota at all!!!!!!!!And I had a appointment early in the morning. Arrived 1:10 for my 1:15 "appointment" for oil change only. I texted at 2:55 "when will this be done?" 3:10 it was ready to go. 2 hours for a oil change and nothing else. This is crap. Been waiting since my 12:30 appointment time for a simple 15,000 mile service. It is now 2 hours and 10 minutes later and still not ready.
