My wife and I just leased our 7th BMW (our 6th consecutive new car from Flemington BMW). While I generally don't like to use superlatives, I have to say that this dealership, and Ed Kiley (New Ca consecutive new car from Flemington BMW). While I generally don't like to use superlatives, I have to say that this dealership, and Ed Kiley (New Car Manager) and Tom Terrill (Client Advisor) in particular, deserve the highest grades in every category. They are really nice to deal with, and they have consistently treated us fairly. We have never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, and Tom Terrill has always been willing to give us whatever time and information we've needed to configure our BMWs thoughtfully. Tom has always been helpful after delivery too. Moreover, we have been pleased with their service department. The bottom line is that we highly recommend this dealership; we keep going back. More

Excellent car buying experience. Tom kept everything ready by the time we reached the showroom , the whole process was quick and all information was explained well . On February 17, 2014 I returned a 2011 528i from lease and obtained a 2014 528i on lease for 36 months. On that occasion I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Scott Smith who coordinated the terminatio and obtained a 2014 528i on lease for 36 months. On that occasion I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Scott Smith who coordinated the termination of the 2011 lease and the initiation of the newly-leased 2014 528i. Mr. Smith served in place of Mr. Tom Terrill the client counselor responsible for negotiating the new car lease; Mr. Terrill was unable to be present at that time. Prior to February 17, all of my interactions with Mr. Terrill dating back several months regarding the negotiations and ordering of the 2014 car were characterized by Mr. Terrill's clear communications, efficiency and professionalism. From the moment prior to the 17th when Mr. Smith contacted me to inform me of Mr. Terrill's unavoidable absence during the week of the 17th Mr Smith manifested an exemplary level of thoroughness and professionalism. I phoned him on Sunday the 16th at his urging in order to facilitate the transactions that were to occur on the 17th. Subsequent to my receiving the new car Mr. Smith emailed follow-up information and inquired about any concerns I might have. At the end of the week of the 17th Mr. Terrill contacted me to determine if I might require anyfurther assistance. In summary I can only express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Terrill and Mr. Smith for their respective efforts to make the entire process simplified and stress free. Though we live around an hour from Flemington, when we were looking for a new X5, we went to Flemington based on the good reviews I read online. I was looking for a 2014 model which was in backorder. He helped add a real world experience to our desired configuration and very was honest in pointing out which add ons were not really relevant for us. The only reason I firmed up the order with Flemington was due to the honest service he provided. They also matched best pricing to what I was seeing elsewhere. Two thumbs up! More

As a younger person, I have to say I was dreading going to look for a car at a dealership, especially a BMW dealership, knowing that most salesmen would try to pressure me and attempt to take advantage. But to my wonderful surprise, I had the pleasure of being helped by Tom Terrill. He spent most of a Saturday afternoon (1pm-6pm) speaking with me in a zero pressure environment about working out a deal that was in my best interest, and gave me great advice. I ended up test driving, trading in my old vehicle, and purchasing a CPO BMW all in the same day, and he made it a fantastic experience. I would recommend anyone searching for a vehicle to come check out Flemington BMW, because it was the most enjoyable car purchasing experience I have ever been a part of or heard of. Thanks to Tom Terrill and Rebecca Kosar for helping me work out a fair deal, and also to Vince Dillon for helping me test drive so quickly. We came in for a new 2014 X5. We placed a custom order but had some production delays. Tom Terrill, our sales rep, was very attentive in following up with the factory/supply chain guys.
