Awesome experience from beginning to end! Not having bought a new car in a number of years, I was not sure what to expect. From the first time I walked in the door to the time I drove home in Not having bought a new car in a number of years, I was not sure what to expect. From the first time I walked in the door to the time I drove home in my new car (535 xi), the entire staff was not only courteous but also respectful and extremely knowledgeable. My main point of contact was Tom Terrill. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable about the various products. What impressed me most was his professionalism and ability to listen to me and discern what was most important in choosing a new car. He is also very patient and went a few extra miles to make sure I was taken care of. Tom was able to take an otherwise stressful process and make it into one that I actually enjoyed. He really cared about me and my decision. He is not pushy and has integrity, it's not just about the "sale" with Tom. Finally, it is evident that he wants to turn what is normally just a transaction into a lasting relationship. A few of my friends have used Tom in the past and they all say the same thing about him. I also dealt with Rebecca Kosar. She is extremely outgoing and also very knowledgeable about the various products. Again, she, too, was able to turn a transaction that normally causes stress and anxiety into one that was extremely pleasurable. I would recommend Flemington BMW to my friends, family and colleagues. New Car Sale I was first contacted by Tom Terrill whith who I have been purchasing BMW's for at least the last 10 years. He told me about the pull ahead program and explained it in full detail. I decided to go for the offer and then we proceeded to find the car that I wanted. Tom delivers excellent service. He is patient, understanding, not pushy, and explains everything in great detail. When I get up from his desk-- I know exactly what the sale was and NO Buyers Remorse. Upon delivery, he sat with me and we went over the car features. Again a wonderful experience. I would recommed Tom Terrill to anyone purchasing a BMW. I feel good about the sale. I am in sales and hope that all my clients fell about my sales technique the way that I do about Tom,s. Tom had the paperwork sent in advance of the delivery date, so all I had to to do was show up, sign a few documents in person, and take delivery of the car. We were able to do most of our work over email and the phone cutting down on my time at the dealership. He was very helpful with all the questions I had and was more than willing to adjust to my speed for the deal. We completed selection quickly and efficiently which was great for me! Thank you for a great experience, I will definitely be back. Ed was very friendly and helped when needed efficiently and effectively.
