From up front car shopping with Tom Terrill, thru financing and service (Mike Riccardi and Jim Hierl are the best) always a great experience. Tom recently sold us a pre-owned 328xi that is going to be titled out of state, and he and Flemington BMW even handled the out of state registration process! I've purchased 3 or 4 BMW's from Tom, always a pleasure working with him. He always takes to time to understand my requirements and patiently provides multiple quotes until I find the right vehicle (and financial deal) that makes sense for me. More

When my husband and I decided it was time to order a new BMW, we made an appointment with Tom. He was extremely professional, yet truly personable. We each went on a test drive, then when we got back to the dealership, Tom helped us to create the car of our dreams. He was wonderfully knowledgeable, and kept us apprised every step of the way. From the day our car went into production to the day it had completed production, and the whole process of shipping it across the Atlantic. When Tom finally received it, about 6 weeks later, we couldn't wait to bring her home. He even went so far as to give us a call to check in on us a week after we took possession of the car. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else or deal with anybody else. Tom Terrill truly is the best. More

Most will prioritize these parameters and then make the best choice based on how the car and the dealership compares to the competition. I always try to narrow down the search as quickly as possible. For me the order of importance is: A car that excites me every time i fire up the engine, the location of the dealership needs to be somewhat convenient to visit. The staff of the dealership are critical. They must be able to work as a team and also provide attention to detail. And finally price. I don't always choose the lowest price. I don't mind paying a competitive price that allows the dealership to make the profit they need to profit the three staff members that I have worked with so far, gave me what I was looking for. In particular Tom Terrill spent extra time to make sure I drove away with confidence, knowing how to operate a very high tech and high performance vehicle. More

I have purchased other makes between my last and most recent purchase. I do also shop other dealerships. With this last purchase, I was unsure which car I really wanted. Tom always gave me the options, pricing, availability, etc. for each car I looked at. His follow through is great. When I finally decided on a model, the process was also extremely simple and pricing was great. I would recommend Tom (and have many times over the years). I also worked with Bill Hinton on a day that Tom was off. Again, no pressure and lots of knowledge. More
