Worst dealership to purchase a vehicle at; I got approved for a 2022 Infiniti when I went to get approved I couldn’t even take the car because the windshield was cracked. When I did pick it up a week later I for a 2022 Infiniti when I went to get approved I couldn’t even take the car because the windshield was cracked. When I did pick it up a week later I noticed the back passenger driver side had a small dent/ding they told me to take it and schedule an appointment to get that fixed… I took it in within 4-5 I picked it up to see that the whole back door was a totally different color of grey; at least two shades lighter, I told used salesperson Vincent it’s a a different shade and he shrugged it off and said it was the shade/shadow.. I called them again they said they would speak to used car sales manager to find a solution; never got a call back I called in and spoke to a TOM RED or REED he said he was the internet sales manager and promised to call me back…NEVER DID… again I called to talk to sales manager the person on the phone took my info and guess what till this day no phone call… I purchased the car in September 2025 we are now at the end of December… More

Vincent Nguyen was a very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson who took care of my every need and answered my every question. Sales manager Tom Redd is one of the most kind and personable individuals that I’ve met in a long time and you could tell that his team really enjoy working for/with him. He approved the sale of the car I wanted with minimal back and forth phone calls, understood I had a tight budget, and even sent a car to pick me up at home so I could test drive, sign the contract, and drive off in my new (used) vehicle! This was hands down THE BEST EXPERIENCE that I’ve ever had purchasing a car at a dealership!! Also a special shout out to Edgar in finance who is exceedingly good at his job and who patiently explained every single aspect of the contract to me.
