Checked out a few different dealerships and Tom gave us the best service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Including a few regarding the "paddle shifters" which I asked a few oth the best service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He took time to thoroughly explain all of the features on my new Civic. Being a previous Honda owner, I thought I would be a pro at these features, but boy, was I wrong.
