According to our records, you initially brought your vehicle to another dealership that simply charged your battery and told you nothing was wrong. When this did not address your concerns, you brought your vehicle to us and we determined that your battery had a bad cell & replaced it. Since then, a rodent chewed the wiring harness and we understand this issue is being taken care of at our Westborough Honda location. Beyond the initial purchase and one battery replacement, we have not seen your vehicle since. You & I have spoken on numerous occasions to address these concerns, so it's disappointing to hear that you've been left with this impression. The wait is too long, from after 9am to after 4pm and the worst thing is that day of service, when I called the service person told me that my car is not done as yet, and when I realized that he did told me by 12noon my car will be ready and it was after 2pm and the car still wasn't done, I took a cab from my home and went to the dealer service place, because he told me that I cannot wait for it, and when got there my car was done and parked in the parking lot waiting for me to pick it up, that is when I saw all three of the service person sits outside relaxing talking and didn't call me to let me know that my car is finished working on, and the worst thing is that, this service place the workers, they have bad attitude there body language tells it all, my question is why they refused to call me when my car is done, it was a very bad service day for me after I spend so much money at that place, I wasn't treated fairly and I have the right to be treated fairly and equally just like everyone else. Why do I have to take a cab to go pick up my car and it is covered under the warranty, the worst thing is the service person didn't called me when my car is done worked on and I'm very much offended by his behavior.
