Met Susan very recently and she and Sean DeSilva worked together with a savvy tech staffer to resolve a computer based SRS recall on my 2026 CRV. It took a couple visits, but Sean looked out for me. I have observed that she treats people cordially and respectfully. I hope that the new ownership will commit to constructing a new facility within reasonable proximity for the benefit of its customers, vendors, and employees. Sean DeSilva and Susan the District manager were absolutely phenomenal in helping resol visit, I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Highly recommend this Honda dealership. I like to specifically work with Sean as my service advisor. Sean is always transparent and timely with his updates.
