I am very pleased with the Honda service I received today. Sean DaSilva did an outstanding job managing many customers this morning despite being short-staffed. Met Susan very recently and she and Sean DeSilva worked together with a savvy tech staffer to resolve a computer based SRS recall on my 2026 CRV. It took a couple visits, but Sean looked out for me. I have observed that she treats people cordially and respectfully. I hope that the new ownership will commit to constructing a new facility within reasonable proximity for the benefit of its customers, vendors, and employees.
