Dave kept me informed every step of the way, letting me know when the car was built, when it would arrive in port and sending pictures when it hit the lot. My delivery day was seamless with no surprises - except the final price was actually a few dollars lower than we had agreed! This was easily the best car purchase experience I've had, new or used.
