Ernest Biondolino is the reason that I go to this dealership and the reason that I bought a second Honda (elsewhere). If not for him, this place would be an average dealership, a place to be avoided dealership and the reason that I bought a second Honda (elsewhere). If not for him, this place would be an average dealership, a place to be avoided as much as possible. The front desk of the service department is a disaster. Kids supervising kids. In fact, despite the grey hair around, the whole dealership seems to lack adult leadership, and certainly shows no signs of a moral compass. I would not recommend this service center unless the customer is sure to work with Ernest Biondolino. More

After a second time my 2019 Odyssey was left for a Radio reception problem. I pick up the Van and the problem is worst then ever. As some as arrived home I called the Service Advisor Lloyd at 6/pm Aug. 31 reception problem. I pick up the Van and the problem is worst then ever. I love Joyce Honda! This is my second new pilot. I come from a family who had been in the car business for 58 years. Generally this dealership is top of the list for no pressure, straight shooter, nice guy from a family who had been in the car business for 58 years. Generally this dealership is top of the list for no pressure, straight shooter, nice guys! Generally service is without a hitch. My recent visit was for a 25,000 service and two recalls. I thought it would have been a visit without cost to me. While on vacation, it was suggested that I get fluid change, wipers, and a filter which were not discussed at drop off. I’m wondering if those could have waited til 30,000 mike visit. I never question what they recommend. I do feel like these were premature add ons to my no cost visit! $200.00 after vacation. Unexpected. Hmmmm. More

I had a wonderful experience with both Tom Duffy and Efran Madrigal when leasing a new vehicle during the pandemic. Both went out of their way to alleviate the hassle for me as I am working from home fu Efran Madrigal when leasing a new vehicle during the pandemic. Both went out of their way to alleviate the hassle for me as I am working from home full time while being the sole caregiver to my six month old daughter. They streamlined the leasing process so well that it only required a 30 minute visit to have me driving away in a new car! I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends! More

Absolutely Great Dealership! I was extremely pleased with the overall service that I received with Joyce Honda. I felt that I was given a fair price and my salesman, Steve, was honest, friendly and helpful. Efren was thorough in explaining all the financing information, and took his time when I had questions. The only improvement I can suggest is communications between the Internet Sales Department and the dealership. I was coming for a test drive on a specific vehicle, and it was not there when I arrived for my test drive. They offered an different car that was the exact same model for the test, and had to go get the one that I wanted to test drive. It took a little longer, but in the end I was still very happy with this dealership and how I was treated. They made buying a car a lot less painful than I was expecting! More

You guys are great, and offer your help when needed even at difficult times, my car battery was down ,some one managed to come to my house and pull the car to the shop even when it was closed and brought it at difficult times, my car battery was down ,some one managed to come to my house and pull the car to the shop even when it was closed and brought it back to me fixed.
