My husband & I both remarked that we had never had such a positive, stress-free experience buying a car/visiting a dealer before. Tom's professionalism & knowledge were apparent from the first handshake. After purchasing the car, Tom was patient with explaining the features of the CRV and even took the time to help me enter my names into the Bluetooth feature on the car, which I love. Based on our experience, I would recommend Joyce Honda. More
