I was having a rough couple of weeks.I decided to buy a new car,I purchased a Honda Civic ex hatch from Ed Napleton Honda.i cannot recommend this dealership enough.Tom Jacob were awesome they got me into a new car,I purchased a Honda Civic ex hatch from Ed Napleton Honda.i cannot recommend this dealership enough.Tom Jacob were awesome they got me into a higher upgraded civic than I expected unbelievable payments were better than I expected.Claire knows her stuff and was excellent a pleasure to work with they all get 10 stars More

This place is terrible. Went in to look at an Equinox with an appt and took 30 mins before I got a chance to look at it. Then when they came back with the numbers, they add $1000 for the “Napleton Experi with an appt and took 30 mins before I got a chance to look at it. Then when they came back with the numbers, they add $1000 for the “Napleton Experience” and a warranty included. All the Napleton Experience provides is 4 oil changes but not worth 1k. When talking the numbers I told them I did want it or the warranty but they would no take it off. Finally, the Sales Manager, Jacob Kimble, came out not to provide customer service but to belittle me for not taking the deal. Then he was shocked, that I wanted to walk out after his condescending attitude. Wouldn’t even recommend this place to be I don’t even like. More

Her and her team in finance worked tirelessly to get us the Very Very Very best deal possible. I have the option to improve my credit and payments after paying on my brand new Civic and my husband got exactly the car he wanted. Here's my story after my own experience with them over the past couple of days. I found a vehicle which I have been looking for in the area listed on their website, cars.com, and cargurus on Monday March the past couple of days. I found a vehicle which I have been looking for in the area listed on their website, cars.com, and cargurus on Monday March 2. This same vehicle was listed on all these websites for $28,500. Since I was interested in this exact type of vehicle I contacted this dealership directly to inquiry more about the vehicle. They said it was a vehicle which arrived recently and that it was still available so I then set up an appointment for the soonest I could come in and see it. That was for the next day Tuesday March 3 during my lunch hour from work. I also went on this same dealerships website to get an idea of what my own trade in of my current vehicle would be worth, filled out all the details on my vehicle, and was sent back an email saying it was worth between $23350 and $26305. This amount is close to what it shows as the trade in value on Kelly Blue Book, but it was a bit on the high side I thought. With that in mind I figured I may get between Kelly Blue Book Value and what they sent me on their low end on my trade. Well I was very wrong about this and on the day of my appointment this dealership decided to change everything they sent me the day before regarding this whole possible deal in less than 24 hours time. I did arrive for my appointment as planned and nothing was ready for me to look at the vehicle I inquired about. The salesperson could not find the key for the vehicle or the vehicle itself and spent at least 15 minutes scrambling around looking for both. She finally showed up with the vehicle. She told me to drive it and I handed her the key to my vehicle so they could look at it. I drove the vehicle briefly and liked the vehicle they had. I came back and said I am interested and lets see if things can be worked out. She said great and went into some room with her manager for a very long time when i was on a limited time schedule. I have no idea what they talked about and after them talking for about 15 to 20 minutes I had to go in and ask for my own key to my truck so i could get back to work considering my lunch break was over. The manager told me we will be in touch with you regarding numbers. I arrived back at my work at around 1 pm and did not hear anything by 2 pm, so i called to follow up. I was not able to speak with Allison and left her a voice message. I still did not hear anything by 2:30 so I called again and ended up leaving yet another message. Still nothing from Allison by around 2:45 so i called again and asked the receptionist if i could speak with the Sales manager since it was obvious by this time Allison was completely ignoring me. The receptionist said she would take a written note to Allison and have her contact me. Finally at 3:17 Allison sends me a text (NO PHONE CALL) and says the trade for my vehicle is coming back at around $20,000. This is over $3000 less than what they sent me via email less than 24 hours before this and I thought how did it lose that much in value in this short amount of time? Now the real shady stuff this dealership does all started to come to light. I came back and said i need $21,750 for my vehicle and will give you full asking price for yours ($28500) and that will get me to the payment I am looking for. They never responded to this and instead pulled a stunt which i have never seen before. After these negotiations this place went on their own website and suddenly raised the price of the vehicle I wanted by $3400. They now have this listed at $31900 on their own website but kept it at $28500 on the other websites until I wrote the General manager calling him out on their business practices. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THEM! THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER PLACES WHICH WILL TREAT YOU MUCH BETTER THAN THIS VERY UNETHICAL BUSINESS More
