I really hate writing bad reviews and almost never do. I pride myself on writing about the good places because people tend to only write about the bad. I purchased a 2025 Sorento and brought it back 9 mon I pride myself on writing about the good places because people tend to only write about the bad. I purchased a 2025 Sorento and brought it back 9 months later (3 of which I wasn’t able to drive due to surgery), for a defective part. I understand that they aren’t responsible for the part being defective but they are responsible for how they interacted with me. I found the service contacts to be very impersonal and not at all helpful. My car was in multiple times and under warranty and not once did anyone say that they were sorry I had to come back for anything wrong with my brand new car. As a matter of fact, they gave me a hard time for asking about a loaner for said warrantied part. They did not answer when I used the number to “text anytime for an update on your vehicle” and I found that I needed to call. If the part hadn’t been under warranty I wouldn’t have gone back to them. I was very disappointed with every encounter I had with them. More
