I have never felt less like a number after I signed the paperwork than with this dealership. They rushed me through the switch between my old and new car. When I asked for them to ship me the plate that w paperwork than with this dealership. They rushed me through the switch between my old and new car. When I asked for them to ship me the plate that was left on the vehicle because the screw was stripped as well as a couple of left behind items, they gave me a hard time because they had to go out of their way to ship the items to me (I live 45 minutes away and couldn't get there). They ended up sending someone to drive my old vehicle to my home with the item left behind with zero notification they were doing that. They never factory reset the vehicle infotainment system as requested and when I realized that there was no front plate, no one knew that the plate was in the back storage area. I only stumbled upon it because I Googled how to attach a new license plate holder. They wanted me to travel back to the dealership so they could install a new one, and weren't willing to ship it to me. During the research into the vehicle, Vlada was amazing. She walked me through the differences between my old vehicle and new and tried hard to get me the vehicle I was looking for. During the financing process, Mason was very pushy and condescending when I told him I was not going to spend $100 - $200 more in monthly payments for the extras they were offering. I had to tell him no, multiple times and be very blunt that I wasn't spending more than the payment we agreed upon. More
