I had an excellent experience at Prestige Auto. They were friendly and observant of COVID protocols. They had exactly the Volvo I wanted on their lot at a reasonable price. He definitely dispels the stereotype of the "sleazy salesman." He answered all my questions, no matter how mundane and didn't make me feel like I was keeping him from something else. Tina Bilokin, his manager, was the perfect compliment to Ryan as far as a sales team! She was very helpful as far as the trade in and the overall process. She welcomed me to the family and although the dealership is more than twice the distance to my "home" dealership, I may make the trip up there for servicing. I would absolutely recommend Prestige as a whole and Ryan and Tina in particular!! More
