NO RESPONSE from owner Desmond Roberts/Advantage Owner from 12/18/24 to numerous violations in our Powertrain Warranty rights and ILLEGALLY holding our title over 60 days past IL law paid for Advantage to from 12/18/24 to numerous violations in our Powertrain Warranty rights and ILLEGALLY holding our title over 60 days past IL law paid for Advantage to process. This was maliciously & a man of Dealership knowledge of law VIOLATED!!!!!!!!! This and many other consistent deceptive & illegal practices are not only fully documented & witnessed by numerous Advantage Group employees but have been provided to Desmond Roberts a prominent GM/NADA/BBB Director who knowingly does not respond after over 20 attempts. The only response was for a bribe of $25 Gift Card as many others to manipulate 5 Star reviews! My recent request of my VISA dispute "resolved in our favor" of $2001.01 & $674.03 For ILLEGALLY NOT processing the title and fees paid for services obviously NOT PROVIDED & owed! I was told to contact their 1 Star Rated lawyer Joe Nichele who when previously asking for help from Advantage he rudely said "good luck" which says it best & after you read the Y & B real reviews you'll see why! ATTENTION: Desmond, Krystal & Joe do NOT remove this review until resolved as I have and you foolishly wasted more time than my request which is not for profit, for principle and clearly owed! Once done as requested by 4/18/25 I will donate 20% of this request to charity and please NO MORE FULL REFUNDS to profit reselling my car instead of resolving as requested above! I will update after 4/18 with my requested response to Joe Nichele and requests again provided for legal & ethical reimbursement to resolve this matter by Mr.Roberts! More

Then tried to offer a full refund against FTC/Il laws and held my title MALICIOUSLY 3 months +after my CASH purchase NEVER processed in my name VIOLATING ILLINOIS 20 day laws!!! These severe violations required complaints with Government agencies as well as ILSOS Police and a VISA dispute "resolved in our favor" 2/3/25 of $2001.01 for paid Title fees that I had to to complete of $674.03 or $2675.04 total. I have asked the owner for response since 12/18/24 even though he is aware! EXCEPT, I as many have had contact & complained of bribes for a "FAKE" 5 Star reviews! In my 30+ years in Automotive I have never seen such TRULY deceptive/unethical and Illegal practices! THE OWNER is again aware and a board Director for the Auto industry ignring complaints like mine his stores consistantly VIOLATE!!! I have more time involved in my reimbursement request and foolishly so does Mr Roberts, but bad business decisions are not my concern. I simply want what I paid & am entitled to under my rights. If the Roberts answer & honor my reimbursement for the laws they have VIOLATED I will donate $500 from this reimbursement to local charity, as I am NOT in pursuit of profit just principle! I will also let you know if they decide to earn a reputation from a situation, in the meantime BUYER BEWARE!!
