Fraud alert: This dealership caused $4,500 to the body of our vehicle during an oil change and refuses to take accountability. In January we purchased a BMW from Lokey Nissan with the promise of “free oi our vehicle during an oil change and refuses to take accountability. In January we purchased a BMW from Lokey Nissan with the promise of “free oil changes for life.” I recently brought the vehicle in for its first oil change. After waiting in the lobby for 2 hours, they strangely parked my car passenger side against the garage afterwards. I went for a coffee, where I could see my vehicle from the cafe where I was working remotely. When I went back to my vehicle I noticed that someone at Lokey Nissan had negligently smashed the passenger side up and didn’t bother to notify me. How they caused so much damage is beyond me. This dealership has denied all accountability and they’re an absolute fraudulent and frankly criminal joke. They even had the audacity to send me this blatantly photo shopped photo of the vehicle to say that I caused the damage after I left the lot. They edited the BMW logo out of the photo! One of their goons sent it from a yahoo email, comically saying it was a snapshot of their CCTV footage. Someone at Lokey Nissan caused over $4,000 in body damage to our vehicle. We filed a claim through our insurance and paid our $500 deductible. So much for the “free oil changes for life.” Obviously we’ll never return to Lokey Nissan for anything. They owe us $500 in damage, which could have been so much worse if our deductible was higher. And get this, Lokey Nissan didn’t even change the oil - as the change oil light is still coming on afterwards! Also, pay no attention to the customer service email they give in reply to negative Google reviews. The email doesn’t even exist. I should have filed a police report that day, and fortunately I still can and have been advised to do so. Don’t make the same mistake dealing with Lokey. More

I am really impressed with this dealership. Every time I come in for my free oil change on my Nissan pick up truck. They do a very thorough inspection of many of my trucks systems, they offered to wash it for me, I can wait in a beautiful lounge with a lot of different types of drinks and snacks. All the service writers are pleasant and helpful and they really work well together to get you in and out of there as quickly as possible. Nice job Lokey Nissan and Dunedin Florida. More

It was not just the dealership and the service department, it was the service rep, Janelle. I don't remember her last name, but it should be in the records. I needed new tires and there was a wa department, it was the service rep, Janelle. I don't remember her last name, but it should be in the records. I've said it before and I'll say it again, it's à pleasure to go to Lokey Nissan. It's a friendly experience. My car is always cared for. Excellent service. Plus tons of comfortable seating.
