This was my first time leasing a new vehicle, and Ruben at VW of Naples made the process absolutely seamless! I don’t know much about cars, so truthfully, I was overwhelmed and nervous that the finance and at VW of Naples made the process absolutely seamless! I don’t know much about cars, so truthfully, I was overwhelmed and nervous that the finance and sales staff might take advantage of my ignorance. Thankfully, that was not the case at all! Ruben was incredibly knowledgeable and organized, answering all of my questions and ensuring I had a clear understanding of every step of the process. He has even called to follow up with me multiple times to make sure I am happy with my new vehicle and not having any issues. Talk about great service! I also want to give a shout out to Colin Howe from the finance department who walked me through the process I financing my vehicle. I absolutely love my new Taos, and I recommend anyone looking to lease or buy a new vehicle to head into Volkswagen of Naples and ask for Ruben! More
