Zero communication. Had to several times reach out to them to get any information. Was told a loaner vehicle was available but then the next day told no. Inquired about refund for a rental but told that would not be covered even though the warranty stated the opposite. Asked to have communication emailed as we were being told different things each time but nothing was ever emailed. More

The service tech said the oil change and tire rotation would take 1 hour. In reality it took 1 1/2 hours. They did not inform me as to the delay.
