I had a back and forth with the sales manager who was the one trying to collect more money. I contacted the General Sales manager Dino who was no real help. I contacted corporate to let them know what the situation was. After just over 2 weeks the situation was resolved. What a waste of time and it wasn’t as if the deal wasn’t profitable for the dealer. I used to be in the business. Horrible experience! The first lease with this dealer was nothing like this one. I’ve been with Acura/Honda over 15 years. More
