Buying experience and dealership Joe Micoletti is a very knowledgeable sales person who made this buying experience a great experience. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met Joe Micoletti is a very knowledgeable sales person who made this buying experience a great experience. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met and spent time with me going over the changes from a 2015 to a 2018 Crosstrek. I kept looking for a big "S" on his chest and a cape, but had to settle for outstanding service. Yes, I love my new Subaru!!! I can understand why Tucson Subaru was a 2017 dealership of the year. Everyone was courteous and friendly. There was no pressure; only a willingness to provide reasons for considering a Subaru. There was no haggling over price just supporting reasons for why the value of ownership remains high. If you had a question, the answer was provided. Thanks to Louie Ascencio in Finance for walking me thru all the paperwork and to Terry Iseminger for everything he did to speed this process along. I would recommend not just this dealership for its professionalism and friendliness but also because Subaru is a great car with outstanding safety features!! I know when it comes time for service, I will be well taken care of as I was with my first Crosstrek! More

Always blown away! I am always amazed by how this dealership is ran. From the minute I step out of my car for service these guys go above and beyond with their customer I am always amazed by how this dealership is ran. From the minute I step out of my car for service these guys go above and beyond with their customer service! Today was my first service appointment with Chris...super nice, very welcoming & informative with my questions. Walking around the dealership waiting, every employee smiles and inquire to wether or not any assistance was needed. I had a great conversation with Traci who does finance about my Crosstrek and decided I should look at newer and/or different models. I spoke with Terry who discussed options (VERY IMFORMATIVE) he set me up with Sean and he took me for a test drive in the Outback and gave me all the differences between the cars. These guys know everything about anything that is Subaru...this is why I come back and continue to spread the word. I have a feeling my next review will be about the purchase of a new Outback :) Thank you very much to Chris Fisher, Traci Roberts, Terry Iseminger & Sean Johnson!!! More

Quick to handle problems Several weeks ago I posted a negative review after I had a bad experience with the service dept. In this experience my car was undrivable and I was gi Several weeks ago I posted a negative review after I had a bad experience with the service dept. In this experience my car was undrivable and I was given a car by the dealership to drive while the part was on back order. I was given less than 24 hours notice to return the car on a week day when I was at work, and things were said to me that were very unprofessional. When I let the dealership know about this situation they responded to my concerns the night of my review being written and after business hours. They were extremely quick to work out a plan that fit my work schedule and the repair. I was actually called by the service manager and given an apology for the things that were said the next day. On the day that I picked up my car Ken Murch, my sales professional, met me outside and walked me over to the service center to pick up my car and talk to the service team. I was called again the next day by the dealership to make sure my problem was fixed and everything was handled accordingly. I think it's impossible for a business to handle every situation well, but I was extremely impressed with how quickly and efficiently my problem was fixed and will continue to use this dealership for my future purchases. More
