He was willing to keep us updated on finance rates, which and vehicles were coming in, we were looking for a specific exterior and interior color combination with a 3.6 liter engine. When one became available we were able to put a down payment on it and it was delivered in less than a month. The financing at 0% made it easy on payments and was quick to arrange. The final check out went very smooth and our trade in vehicle was priced fair. All in all a easy pleasant car buying experiance More

Closing with finance, on the other hand, was an unwelcome deluge of up-sells. Everybody's got to make a buck, but this seemed over the top. After we listened to the pitches and, looked at numerous brochures and analyses, we said we don't want any of this stuff. And that was the end of the discussion, the room turned ice cold. In retrospect, I think the process you have set up rather than the messenger is the problem. When you hold the keys to the car hostage while you hard close on the extras, it creates a disappointing and unpleasant dynamic for the excited new car buyer. I don't have any suggestions, but just reporting the effect on us. My wife and I left with a bad taste in our mouths, but not to worry, we're delighted with the car and the dealership. More

Before making our final decision several visits were made to this dealership. At no time did I feel pressured by Anthony. He answered a lot of questions and worked hard on my behalf. I appreciate everything he did on my behalf. The general manager is hands on and made everything run smoothly through my purchase and trade of my old vehicle. He was also outstanding in my opinion. Thank you for making the impossible happen. Finally it should be noted that the finance manager Traci was very organized and was able to move me through the closing process quickly while covering every base regarding the options available. She explained everything in terms that was easy to understand which really helped me with my final decisions. This is the best dealership in America. I will spread the word. More
