We worked closely with Dave Novik who walked us through the ordering process (since there were none in stock at the time), car options, credit application, and purchase all over the phone and internet. He communicated frequently to let us know the status of the car's delivery, and once it arrived, worked with us to find a convenient time for pickup. At the dealership, Dave took his time providing us with a lot of information about the car, with all its bells and whistles, and other Subaru services. We met the great team at Garavel and everyone was professional and welcoming. They even gave us a small gift at the end to top it off. I reached out to Garavel Subaru via their "contact us" form on the website.... Just as I had done with numerous manufacturers and dealers. BYEONG CHEON was the FIRST sales person to respond quickly, professionally and spoke to me like I'm a human being... Giving any/all information I could want and asking key questions to help him give me what I want. The cars I was researching online didn't pan out in person as I hoped because I'm picky and have a sensitive back. Ended up buying a car that wasn't even on my radar when researching, because it was the right fit in MANY ways. Buying a car with all the shortages and whatnot is tough enough as it. My trade in was 14 years old, if there was anyone that could have been 'taken' by a dealer it was me. I had no plan, no bargaining power in terms of trade-in or down payment and yet, I couldn't wait to get home to write this review. Pleased with the car, how I got it and who I got it from.
