We worked closely with Dave Novik who walked us through the ordering process (since there were none in stock at the time), car options, credit application, and purchase all over the phone and internet. He communicated frequently to let us know the status of the car's delivery, and once it arrived, worked with us to find a convenient time for pickup. At the dealership, Dave took his time providing us with a lot of information about the car, with all its bells and whistles, and other Subaru services. We met the great team at Garavel and everyone was professional and welcoming. They even gave us a small gift at the end to top it off.
