Brian in sales was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and very helpful in getting my questions answered. Taylor was friendly and worked well to answer any of my queries. Brian in finance was so kindly and experienced as a long time employee. Everyone was very polite and helpful, including Carl who followed up with a personal assistant visit on introducing me to the new Volvo bells and whistles.
