My mother in law went in for a oil change on her 2018 rav4 XLE and ended buying a 2021 RAV4 XLE but she is handicap and in her mid 70s so somewhere in that sell it was not explained to her that the Rav 4 rav4 XLE and ended buying a 2021 RAV4 XLE but she is handicap and in her mid 70s so somewhere in that sell it was not explained to her that the Rav 4 had dropped some extras she was told that the new 2021 had more Technology and was more equipped. After getting home I showed her that she no longer had this and that . After speaking to the sales man and then to his supervisor Mr Diez he assured me he will check into it , the next day I got a call telling me that Tania Eubanks had approved the upgrading on what my mother in law lost on the new suv .
