Tim spoke to me during my service visit and took the time to listen to my fears and came up with a solution. He was extremely detail oriented when going over the numbers. Taking the vehicle with me is what solidified me moving on it the same day. Ultimately its the service department and the people at this dealership that keep me coming back . Tim making my daughter feel like she was part of the process resonated with me. Pairing my phone. Helping me empty out a very dirty vehicle …. Following up with me the next day.
