Taking the vehicle with me is what solidified me moving on it the same day. Ultimately its the service department and the people at this dealership that keep me coming back . Tim making my daughter feel like she was part of the process resonated with me. Pairing my phone. Helping me empty out a very dirty vehicle …. Following up with me the next day. Impressive new diagnostic equipment that shows amazing car details! I learned so much from Steve Miller about my car. It took pictures of whole exterior including 4 wheel drive undercarriage looking for p car details! I learned so much from Steve Miller about my car. Service Dept. sent video re: my multi-car inspection and 2 recommendations. Steve Miller texted info to my phone in addition to explaining everything. I had a full detail which was fantastic. My 2010 4 Runner LTD including whitening headlights looked fantastic! I had the privilege to rent a new Highlander overnight instead of the shuttle. That was fun driving the new model! It adds security to have a car available when your significant other just had cataract surgery the day before. From the time I drive up, until the time I check out, I feel confident that Beaver Toyota and their “family” will take good care of me, too.
