Great customer service, people genuinely excited about what they are doing, and professional all the way through. That combination is rarer than it should be. We came in looking for a black RAV4 and our guy Gio was tied up with another customer. He has a heart of gold and a smile that will get him everywhere in life, and he gives 200 percent every single time. But Gio was busy, so he sent over Desmond. Desmond is part of what sales manager Dave has clearly built into an all star team. Originally from Jamaica, not a fresh face out of college, a man who has lived some life. And we were apparently his first car sale. You never would have known it. He took Kris on the test drive and let the car do the talking. Kris came back clearly in love with it. Then came the back and forth. Everyone giving up something somewhere, working through what we wanted against what was on the lot, until Desmond looked at me and delivered the line I will never forget. I did not want the white one. I wanted black. There was no black on the lot. He said, completely calm and with perfect delivery, "money is not color blind." He was not wrong. But we still held out. We came back and we left with the Blueprint. Oh, that is the color. I told you I did not want the white one. Dave, you did well with those two. Really well. More

We are closer in distance to Daytona, but we chose to come to St. Augustine just to come to Beaver!! Service-after-the-Sale began today with David Kraus.
