Right off the bat, Vince was not very friendly and was condescending. He showed us cars without taking into account any input from us. After test driving three cars and looking at more, we came inside. Vince came up with a number to which we agreed upon, signed and shook on it. We went to the lounge area where Vince came and said “it will be $1,000 more, let me know if you still want it.” And walked away. We were confused and so we went to his desk were he was very rude and condescending after he had been the one who had made the mistake, saying “we knew better”. We had looked at multiple vehicles and had no idea the specifications on each one specifically. We asked to speak with the manager, who sat down and yelled at us. It was not a good experience at all. Very rude and accusatory. We would have left and not purchased anything, except for the fact that we needed to due to winter approaching. Not happy with the lack of respect for the customer and the accusatory and condesendong attitudes. The man we worked with from financing (from Arizona) and Mikhail were outstanding to work with. If we ever decide to come back we will be asking for them, and them only. More

Top service provider in town I had an engine issue with my gti and had a scheduled appointment for 4pm. I called to ask if I can bring it in early they said no problem. Not only d I had an engine issue with my gti and had a scheduled appointment for 4pm. I called to ask if I can bring it in early they said no problem. Not only did they diagnose the issue earlier than the appointment they fixed the problem same day. If that isn't enough to get you to come here we'll they also called us with updates and really explained what was going with the car they never pushed us into extra services and answered all of are questions. I have had my gti for 7 years and this is my first time using Luther Westside VW and I can definitely say I had never had this great of service anywhere else. Thank you all so much! More
