Loved the entire experience - just the day before, I visited a dealership in White Bear, MN ... sales associate was "in my face", tried to put me a vehicle beyond my budget, continued to call me by the wrong name, and told me at least 15 times in 15-20 minutes they needed to meet their quota for the month of April, so anything I wanted they would meet my requests. My experience with Westside VW totally the opposite. I know which dealership I would recommend ... and which one I would not. More
